Scents of Spring

What is your favorite scent of Spring?

What's the most prominent scent in the air in your area when Spring arrives?

What's blooming right now? What's the first thing to bloom?

I'm going gah-gah over orange blossoms right now because I think that's one of the most beautiful smells around. And, it just popped up suddenly, in my area, yesterday. (Orange trees are NOT the first thing to bloom. In fact, I think things bloom ALL YEAR ROUND here!)

Needless to say, I was in heaven, driving with car windows down, sucking those orange blossoms into my lungs.

They made me sniffle, cause I am allergy-prone. But, it didn't diminish my pleasure any at all.

I'm an evil person.

But, I don't mean to be.

I said some things that hurt someone.

That was wrong.

And, I'm sorry.

But, sorry doesn't make people feel better.

Or mend destroyed friendships.

I Am So Proud of My Daughter

She has a friend who might be in trouble. Another friend called to tell her about it.

She wasn't supposed to tell, but she told me the situation without telling the friend's name, to get advice on how to help.

Now, she's going to try to help.

I'm very proud of her.

It sounds like the girl needs someone to listen.

Much planning. Lots of cutting of words...500 pages so far, maybe.

New idea for what to do with the book.

Totally different than before.

Might work. Might not.

I'm kinda distracted and have stayed up way too late.

Got to sleep now. Figure out the truth tomorrow.
