California Writing Groups

Does anyone know of any southern California speculative fiction writing groups? And, if you do, are they accepting new members?

(I can't remember if I've asked this before. I've thought about it, but I don't think I've asked. Thoughts escape me quickly sometimes with everything else that's going on.)

Maybe, if we can find people who are interested, we can put something together in a fairly central location and see about working around everyone's schedules?
