That whenever I can sleep in, my brain decides it's time to get up?

Kitties woke me at 6:00 and I tried--really hard--to go back to sleep. But, once my brain realized it was beginning to get light, it started thinking and thinking and every time I started to doze, it latched onto something too good to let go of and took off on yet ANOTHER tangent.

Stupid brain. :)

However, I can always take a nap later.

It's similar for me. So long as I don't have anything pressing to do, I tend to wake up at at around 8 or 9 (which is early for me). But when there are classes or appointments to get to, I need an alarm to keep me from sleeping later.
