Doesn't it Figure?

I was all ready for a nice, hot, relaxing bath. Ready to settle in and soak before I had to leave to pick up oldest son from night class.

So, I get all comfortable, think over my edits on my partial, think over work I need to do on a couple of screenplays, when all of the sudden...

WHAM!!!!!

It hits me!

An idea!

Not just any idea...

THE idea!

The idea I've been looking for!!!

You see, I have the opportunity to send in a treatment for a pitch to a production company and I couldn't decide what I wanted to pitch. Sending a treatment will give me the time to actually write the screenplay if they like the idea.

I LOVE the idea...and, of course, I hope they do too.

So much for a nice, long bath. I scrambled out and here I am now, working on the logline. Will write the treatment tomorrow. And, then send it out on Friday.

Whether they like it or not, I'm excited about it and can't wait to write. (Though, naturally, I DO hope they like it, too!

sounds like how I came up ith th grande finale for MOP the idea hit with such force it woke me out of a sound sleep.

Deja vu: I thought I was the only one who relaxed first after getting hit with The Idea, and then jumped into it some time afterwards. I think I get myself so worked up working on something till the Idea hits me, that when it does it feels like getting an hour-long massage. :)
