Thank heavens!

This has been a long week. A TOO busy week. And, I'm exhausted.

Hooray for weekend!

Tomorrow is a short week. Only three days to work. That's a HUGE relief.

What's everybody doing for the weekend?

What's everybody doing for Thanksgiving? Do you have a long weekend? How do you traditionally celebrate?

Everybody have a great day!

My mom-in-law is driving in from Kentucky. It'll just be the five of us. Turkey, ham, stuffing, deviled eggs, cranberry sauce, potato salad, baked sweet potatoes will be on the menu.

We had an invite to go to hubby's stepsis' house, but we tried that one year and it just wasn't our idea of Thanksgiving. His dad goes there every year instead of having it at his house anymore, so we don't get to do anything with him.

My family's too far away so I'll have to make phone calls to wish everyone happy turkey day.

Writing this weekend. I'm thinking I can finish the 9k I have to go **enter excited squeeing here** tonight/tomorrow then try to finish the project over mon & tues. Then jump back into Redemption wed. Thanksgiving day/night I'll be at MIL where we are having a ham, a goose and a duck (to which my husband said we should have gotten two ducks so we could have duck, duck, goose... yeah weird seense of humor) and stuff. Then thanksgiving day night after kids get put to bed I want to start wrapping up Redemption

We are still building our traditions, you know?

I might go see Stranger Than Fiction this weekend. I like movies about writers. :-)

Going to my aunt's house for Thanksgiving. I've been tasked with bringing the dessert. Which means a pumpkin pie and something else, probably something chocolate. :-)

How about you?

Watching the Macy's parade in the morning. And then heading over to my parents' house for dinner. Get to see all my side of the family this year - especially the new little one! *she's going to be SO spoiled - we'd better have some more soon* And the turkey, and oh yeah, Dad's birthday! :) We're celebrating then.

No long weekend- I have to work Friday. :( Hopefully it will be DEAD.
