I don't know whether this movie did well in the box office or not. It's been three years since it was in theaters.

But, I really enjoy it. It's very creepy without being filled with blood and gore.

manga_queen and I watched it this afternoon.

It's not shown much any more, so I was thrilled to discover it was on today and tomorrow.

I love creepy. There's not enough creepy in the movie world today.

I agree. Too many movies substitute over-the-top gore for plot and genuine chills. The Saw trilogy, Hostel, and the like are excellent examples of that. I love horror, but not gore for gore's sake.
