Two Free Books
Sep. 3rd, 2006 10:33 amSomehow, I've managed to acquire two copies of two Jim Butcher books, and I was wondering if anyone here would like them.
The two I have an extra copy of are:
Summer Knight
Death Masks
Free to a good home. The first person that asks, gets them.
Thanks.

Date: 2006-09-03 11:56 pm (UTC)They're all good times - it's annoying having to wait til April for the next one, which I'm going to go put on Pre-order tomorrow. Yay, Indigo! If I had to be choosey, I'd go with Grave Peril (first appearance of Thomas, Michael, Leah, and Mavra; concludes stuff set up in the first two; Susan becomes a vampire), Death Masks (Denarians!; Michael returns with friends; Johnny Malone; more Thomas; Ortega; Ebenezer drops a Satellite; Ivy and Kincaid; and Nicodemus - the main character in Swann does shadow magic like his), Blood Rites (Murphy and Kincaid kicking ass; more vampires; Thomas revealed as brother; message from mother; entropy rite), Dead Beat (necromancers; Kemmler; girl from the bockshop turns out to be his demon; Billy and the werewolves; Bob is evil; Morgan not such a bad guy; riding a tyranasaurus rex; becoming a Warden); and Proven Guilty (for obvious reasons).
You know, I just remembered reasons for the others, too. And Academ's Fury is good times, too. Love me the Butcher - love him a lot. Tends to reduce my writing time whenever a new book comes out 'cuz they're just that good.
How 'bout you?
