Of a good place to get Mulan screen shots?

I'm looking for two in particular, if possible.

Both are during the "Be a Man" song. One when Shang has the bucket on his head and is deflecting things thrown at him.

The other is...well, one of two...when Mulan is climbing the pole with the arrow stuck in it, or when she's at the top looking down.

Any suggestions?

Rent the DVD, play in your computer and grab the screen shots. I do it with my Anime all the time.
