It's Monday Again

And today, I get to give my one-week notice at work.

The lazy, crazy boss lady is on vacation.

I have TONS of work she left for me to do so her boss wouldn't know it hadn't been done. He wasn't going to let her go on her two-week vacation unless it was done. Quite frankly, as long as she's GONE--out of the office--I don't mind doing her work. At least it'll be quiet and less stressful during my remaining time. Only the commute to contend with this week.

When they tell her I'm quitting, she'll probably call and give me hell, but at least she won't BE there.

So, hopefully today will both be releasing and productive.

This time next week, I'll still be asleep cause new job is very close to home.

Hooray for giving notice!!!!!

Ya know, you shouldn't cover for that obnoxious woman. Let her sink or swim, if she can't do her job she should be doing something else that she's qualified to do. By covering for her you help keep her in place to torture the next unsuspecting desperately needing a job worker bee. Take pity on your replacement. :-)

And obnoxious woman certainly can't fire you. Heeeeee. Isn't that a good feeling? Good luck next week in your new work life. :-)

I guess, if you don't *really* want to finish that woman's work for her - you could - but it depends on whom you plan on using for a future reference at that job. She sounds like a bitchx10.
