Why are people stupid?
Why do they ASSUME things?
"Oh, we're sorry. We forgot to tell you." We just thought you had ESP and would know what we were thinking in our minds and do it even though it's contrary to everything we told you to do previous to this point in time.
Geez, maybe it would help to be in the loop or something.
