Picking Up the Pieces

And putting them back together again.

The pieces of me.

That's what this weekend has been about.

I feel very tired. More than tired. I feel drained.

But, I hope I'm on the right road, and at least I'm trying.

Am thinking there are things I need to rid myself of and that I should work on that soon.

But, I've come to terms with the fact that I didn't make all of my olympic_writers goals and that I'm not going to make all my February goals either.

That's okay. I wrote more than enough extra in January to cover what I'll miss in February. Then, I'll start March out fresh and hopefully be in better shape to keep up.

Played more Dragon Quest VIII today. Played some yesterday...until I got Jessica. Played through the Abbey today and until Angelo joined the party. Hopefully, I'll have more time to play tomorrow.

I put in some more hours this weekend on DQ8 too. I'm now up to 55 hrs with most my characters around LV. 33. I'm loving the game, and Jessica's a cool character.

I have her using mainly whips and sex appeal. What skills are you using with her?

I'm so sorry that you're in a position of having to pick up the pieces of you, Janice. That's no fun. But at least you are picking them up. If you're doing that, you're on the right road.
