TOO COOL!

We have the most AWESOME fog this morning!

I can't even begin to see across the parking lot that's behind my building or even up to the houses behind the complex.

I can see sections of trees that twist in and out of the fog. Sections of them are merely shadows.

I've seen fog this heavy down by the coast, but never out here in one of the valleys.

Very COOL phenomenon to wake up to this morning.

I can't wait to get out in it!

I so love fog. The other day we were driving on a road leading through meadows. You could see sheep, half hidden by the fog, it was very surreal.

I know what you mean. I was raised in the Southwest, so these wet-weather phenomena are still exciting and strange to me. :-)

As a matter of fact, we had fog here a few days ago. Not as dense as what you're describing, I don't think--just gave the area a soft mistyness--but it was cool all the same.

Today, it's snowing. I guess it's true what the locals say: "If you don't like the weather just wait. It'll change." ;-)

Oh, I love the fog. One day last week, I was coming home from work, got off the freeway and down the road about a mile or two, I saw this wall of fog coming. It was awesome. And boy oh boy, did it get cold. Loved it. There's something really creepy and mysterious about the fog that really appeals to me.
