Only Enough Time For a Quick Post
Feb. 5th, 2006 09:40 pmI had to go out tonight. Just got back and need to get ready to sleep.
Today was a day of resignation. This is going to be a hard week, but I think it will actually be harder on me if I keep trying to stop the bad things that can happen.
Instead, I think I have to let them happen and then pick up the pieces after it happens. I can do that, I think.
So, today, I wrote, I read, I relaxed with the cats, I went out to recycle cans tonight. Got home kinda late.
This time next week, things should be a little better. I can wait.
I worked on plotting for the new beginning of Xanali today and will work on plotting for the new ending tomorrow. The middle section remains the same except that I have a new plot thread (that corresponds to the new plot thread I'd written into Out of the Darkness) that I have to weave through what I already have plotted.
Since I'm going to work on a different project for
olympic_writers, I determined to work on several different projects between now and Friday, finish up plotting for Xanali, so I'll be ready for it after
olympic_writers is over and finish up the plotting for Pawns of Destiny, which will be the project I work on for the group.
I started, and finished (because it was such a wonderful read), Chill Factor by
rachelcaine today. If you haven't read her work yet, I HIGHLY recommend it.
