No Crash and Burn Today

Today was different from most Saturdays. I didn't take the time to crash and burn or take a nap in between everything going on today...and there was a LOT of stuff going on.

Instead, I shuttled kids, grocery shopped, ran errands, went out to breakfast, cleaned out all my cupboards and scrubbed them down and replaced everything, cleaned my freezer, shuttled kids more, took daughter to lunch, and WROTE.

Since I was productive, I am rewarding self with sleeping early.

Tomorrow looks to be an exciting day. I am going NOWHERE. I am sitting here in my chair and WRITING. I'd love to get a couple of critiques done, too, but writing takes precendence.

Unless something drastic happens (and, yes, these things do happen), I shall undoubtedly finish novel tomorrow. It'll run a little longer than the 175,000 estimate...but not too much, I don't think.

That would make me very happy.
