The TALL eucalyptus trees outside are thrashing around and the visibility is really low. I just heard a crash and made my youngest son check to make sure there were no tree branches on the car!!!
I actually craved the rain too when I was living in dry and dusty Las Vegas. I'm a native Washingtonian and I never thought I'd ever crave the rain, but I did.
I'm from Tennessee, originally, but have lived out West here (and Tucson and Las Vegas) since 1981. We have rain so rarely (except for last winter) that I'm thrilled almost any time we get it. :)
