Uninspired

Going back to work today, after two days off for jury duty (even though they weren't a vacation), was kind of hard. Too much going on. Things changing again, and I was tired from staying up late last night.

Plus, I think I'm experiencing some sort of "post novel letdown". Anyone else have that experience? I want to be working on another project right away, so I'm restless and uninspired.

Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow, after I get some sleep tonight. I hope so.

Just a few words here and there today, but I think they totaled something like 1,146, so I guess I can't complain too much. :)

I do the same exact thing. I call it 'empty desk syndrome'.

Actually, when I finished Dawn, I got very emotionally unstable, as though I had lost a part of me or something. It was sort of like PMS, only much worse. My ex-boyfriend got the brunt of it; I completely went off on him, which is normally not like me.

yeah, post novel syndrome SUCKS. I had it for the past two weeks. I was so depressed and kept analyzing my life and seeing all the emptiness. Then... the new project pulled me out of it.
