National Novel Writing Month and Other Goodies

As everyone knows, National Novel Writing Month started today. This is my first year to participate. This is the first year I've felt like I even had a chance to finish.

I've also got a screenwriting group called Write Every Day that started today. I have to post 3 pages of screenplay for that per day.

I started the second novel in my series for NaNoWriMo. It's called Yami No Tenshi, and I'm hoping to get more than the 50,000 words written during the month...yeah, right. Famous last words.

Still working to finish the first novel, but getting really close.

Also working on finishing the short story I started for the contest, but didn't enter. That should be done even sooner. I did manage to post my 3 screenplay pages today, too. Not too bad a day.

You know, several people have accused me of the insanity part.

We'll see how long I last!

Tonight, the writing's hard. Crappy day at work. Kids arguing with each other. And, I'm so freaking FURIOUS about the voting crap.

Er, I'm only at five hundred words. Of one novel.

Thanks for the loan. I managed to get the writing done on both novels last night and my three pages for my screenwriting group done and posted this morning.

So, it helped. :)

I'll give it back now. You might need it.
