(Or whichever of the winter holidays you celebrate.)

What would it be?

I guess a lot of us would wish for the publishing contract or agent we always wanted, but...

Think of something else.

Something just for you that you want or have always wanted, maybe since you were a kid.

What would it be?

Inquiring minds are curious.

You know, I don't think I've really posted much in the way of goals since I started the new job because there's been so much overtime and so little time.

Or accomplishments, either, at the end of each month, cause I've felt like I've accomplished so little.

However, I feel good about November, so I'll just say that I finished rewrites on a screenplay for notes, I finished a novel, and wrote over 100,000 words for the month, so I'm a very happy camper.

I felt productive again and that's a very important thing for me.

I'm going to set some simple goals for December, even though I'd love to be super productive again. I think the important thing is to get some rest and solve some problems, too, so I don't want to make trouble for myself.

I have material requested that I MUST get out:

A novel partial to an agent

A screenplay to a CG animation production company

A screenplay to an entertainment attorney

After that:

Write 31,000 words for the month, preferably on City of Fallen Stars, but I'll allow myself leeway.

Finish short story, Angel of the Season, which is already about 11,000 words, so it might end up longer than a short story. I've been working on this every Christmas for the past two years. Third time's the charm. :)

Edit half of my NaNo project, Broken Mirrors.

Decide where I want to be in 2007 and make some serious plans.

That's it.
