Is 3:30 Too Late to Start the Day Over?

Or can we just scrap this one and have a new one instead?

It started out pretty bad. Then got worse. And worse still. And even worse.

So, I took a nap, cause I was feeling pretty icky by that point.

Got up and weeded out my FL some cause there is just too much for me to keep up with sometimes. In the grand scheme of things, it was only like 26 people out of 375, so I guess I didn't do too much damage, did it?

I generally enjoy reading almost everything on my FL, though some weeks I just don't have time to keep up with it at all. I hope people understand.

I fixed a turkey today. It had been in the freezer almost a year. I got it about this time last year when Albertsons had turkeys buy one, get one free. It smells good and should be ready any time.

So, I think we'll eat an early dinner and I'll see what I can salvage of the day.

It would be nice to make a final decision on what my NaNo project is going to be. Nice to get in another edit. Nice to write a few words.

We'll see. After the way the rest of the day went, I'm not going to push it.

Aren't the weekend days supposed to be the good ones?

Taking a Little Longer Than Expected

My turkey STILL isn't ready.

I think it must have still been frozen inside. He was a pretty big boy...21+ pounds.

It's already been cooking over two hours past the estimates the wrapper gave and while it's looking better, it's still not quite there yet.

Well, maybe within the hour.

Whenever it's done, it'll be good.
