Just Because

Okay, so I know it's a stupid reason, but I'm posting my word count now just because I have the word meter open because I'm done writing for the day and already posted my totals in wordcounts.

So, here's my progress for the day. I stopped early because, quite frankly, I was enamored of the even word count on the total file and didn't want to push myself to write another 1,000 words tonight.

Instead, I'm going to plot out the scenes I still need to write and see whether 125,000 looks like a good final estimate, or whether I need to add a few more words to that guess. Take a bath. Relax. Sleep early. (Famous last words.)
