I Can't Believe I Wrote the Whole Scene

I started out the day with four plot points left, plus some additional scenes I felt like I should add. I added the additional scenes first and then started on the plot points.

I worked on one of the major points tonight. It had much action, much emotion, lots going on. Very draining scene to write. And, because I was insistent on finishing it and on giving it much time and attention and trying to put everything I could into it, I'm up very late.

Must sleep now. Must sleep.

Three more plot points to go.

Any day now. Any day.

Looks like I need another small increase in total estimated word count. Maybe I won't need that many. Maybe I will. We'll see when it's finished.

If I'd known I was that close to the goal, I'd have written 46 more words and finished it today. Oh, well, there's always tomorrow. :)

you are so close! Congrats!

And you should have just accepted that you write long, and jumped your total to 275K to begin with. Then you wouldn't have to increase your wordcount goal every time you post!
