Another Unbelievable Chapter in the NEVERending Work Saga

Another walk-through was scheduled for this afternoon. Another group of investors interested in bidding on the company when it goes up for auction the end of this month.

Okay. No big deal, though we still had wanted to be SURE that the people running the company now got it, so it's a disappointment every time another group wants a walk-through.

For the one last week, they told us to turn over important papers and just make sure there wasn't anything out important on our desks that people could see.

Today, though, we knew something was up when they told us to take every single thing off our desks and put it in drawers or cradenzas or something.

Found out why as I was leaving.

The party going through this afternoon was the old owner and two foreign investors.

SIGH.......

The Trustee's office had said the old owner couldn't bid. Obviously, something changed.

BIGGER sigh......

Might have to start the job search again.

I'm so sorry this might be happening again. I guess they can bid under one of the investers' names. Maybe he won't be the high bid.

My guess is the foreign investors will bid and then plan on him running the company if they win. I will cross my fingers he is dead last.

Oh man... are you telling me this idiot found a loophole? I truly hope that he isn't able to get his fingers back into the pie. And I truly hope that he falls into a very large hole and is never heard from again...
