Sadly Unproductive Day

Work was very taxing today. Not as bad as yesterday because of some knights in shining armor from the company that's running the business right now. (The nice people that I hope get to buy the company.) But, I was running constantly and didn't even get to eat lunch until one hour before time to go home.

So, I got home late and was drained from not keeping a regular eating schedule. It messes up the whole trying to keep the blood sugar under control thing.

Anyway, I wrote a little, but not as much as I'd hoped. I like the two scenes I wrote, though, so I guess I can't complain. :)

It's dreadfully hot in here tonight and has been HUMID all day. I hope it doesn't keep me from sleeping.

I've got until Sunday to double the original goal, which was 50,000. Since I hit it early, I decided to go for 100,000. I think I can do it. I'm still going to give it a try.

I'm trying really hard. Word count promises to be better than yesterday, so there's still hope. :)
