Now, as far as that goes, it's usually a good thing not to give up.

But, right now, I'm talking about the former owner of the company I work for.

Today, he appealed the decision to disallow his Chapter 11 and place a trustee.

Sigh...

Now we have to wait to see what happens.

Grumble. Grumble. Complain.

My first reaction was a string of expletives. Here's the poilte version:

What an utter nasty piece of work. He's poisonous, like a tumour, and should be excised. If it wasn't immoral I'd suggest a hit man. But hey, he lost once, I damned well hope he looses again! :)

Chances are he won't get anywhere, since he lost the first time. Crossing my fingers for you!

Fuck, you didn't tell me that.

Sure you don't want me to hit him with my car?

Urgh. I agree that sometimes one shouldn't give up, but there's also common sense and knowing when to go out graciously.

This reminds me of my horrible ex-publisher who has still not declared bankruptcy even though she's "closed" the company. Only, she never officially did that in any legal sense either. Either one would require letting officials see her books, and I guess she doesn't fancy jail.
