Mmmmmm.....Words

queenoftheskiesQuite frankly, I'm surprised I have words today. I have felt like crap all day and was pretty grumpy about all my attempts to add to my novel until tonight.
Not getting sleep is a cumulative bad thing, but this stomach ache I've had since last night doesn't help either.
So, I'm not going to write any more tonight. I've already added a couple of times after I said that, but I'm going to post my word count for the day and close the dang file before I can start up again. :)
Hopefully, tomorrow, I'll feel better and be more productive. Though, honestly, I guess I wouldn't complain about the count of words today.

Date: 2005-07-13 03:28 pm (UTC)I get hit with this at least once a year. It's a side effect from one of the meds I take. Actually, it's a totally REVERSE of one of the side effects, so I think my body rebels or something. Ick.
One year, it led to other things, including the inability to eat, and I was laid low for a couple of months.
This time, it's just annoying and it probably hit me cause I wasn't getting enough sleep, stress, etc., etc.
I think I see some improvement today, though. Which is nice. :)
And, you're right. Words are MARVELOUS!!! But, I'm getting nervous now that I'm close to the end of my rough draft. Eeek!
