That does look weird.

Wild guess here, but maybe someone misused a tag in their post, causing a display bug in all the text under it on that page.

It almost looks like someone made an error in their post, but how could that affect the view on the rest of my friends page?

Adding: Yeah, I went over to allichaton's LJ since their post is where it starts, and the same display bug is affecting all other posts below that post on her journal.

Ah!
It's because this lj-user -- http://allichaton.livejournal.com/ has somehow put in a link or lj-cut wrong and it affects everything that follows. I think she needs to fix it to remove the line (and I think any f-list she's on would have that problem).
I've done stuff like that myself.
