It Was Very Good

I ate lunch at a Japanese buffet today when shopping and had the opportunity to try some varieties of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese food that I haven't had before.

I particularly liked the eel sashimi and the hot and sour noodles.

They had some really awesome teriyaki chicken and beef, too, and a variety of clam chowder made with garlic that was out of this world.

Very good.

Delicious lunch.

I don't think I've been to a Japanese buffet, but here some of the Japanese restaurants have an "all-you-can-eat" menu, which is like buffet - except that the waitstaff bring it to you.
