I know everyone seems to have it these days.

So, how hot is it where YOU live?

We're down from 108 over the weekened to right around 100 here.

HOWEVER...

We have 87% humidity on top of that.

Not your usual southern California weather.

ICK!

I'm kind of afraid to look at a thermometer. Because if it's lower than it seems, that means it's only going to get hotter.

It was already like a sauna out there when I took the dog for a walk at 7:30.

Of course, right now I'm freezing because people keep turning up the AC to compensate for the outside temperature.

I know our air quality here in Metro DC is code red. Today we're supposed to hit 97 degrees with oppressive humidity.

But unlike Cali, this is normal for us. We're supposed to have storms roll through tonight so tomorrow the temperature will drop to 90 degrees, they say.

I wish we'd have a storm. We got some big, fat raindrops yesterday, but they didn't last. :(

San Diego had a storm and someone that lives only 10-12 miles from where I live had a storm. But, alas, no storm for us.

Yesterday was a cooled-off, balmy 93. Saturday, however, was 99, and humidity? Uh, yes. About 5,000 of the 10,000 Lakes in the state slogan were in the air on Saturday.

I'm from Maryland suburbs of DC, and there's it's 87F (feels like 91) with 56% humidity, but right now I'm in Madison, WI and it's only 69F (and feels like it) but with 75% humidity.

It's been tough here in Olympia, Washington. It got up to 76 yesterday and today it's supposed to be 78!

I lived in Yuma, Arizona for 2 1/2 years so I know what you folks are going through. Ever been burned by your seatbelt? That happened to me once. I had the outline of it on my leg for 2 months!

Well, they're saying "noticeablely cooler temps today" and predicting 85-88F

The past three days have been mid-nineties with heat indexes of 96-99.

Not exactly typical weather for Michigan. *sigh*

It's expected to hit the mid 90s today, but with a heat index of over 100. There's a heat advisory out for most of Massachusetts. Almost makes me glad to be back at work!

We're just gonna make 70 today up here North of Seattle, WA. Supposedly high humidity today too. Then, we are supposed to jump ten degrees and hit 80 on Thursday. That will be a system shock. :-)

We have patchy white and grey clouds this morning.

I'm not sure how hot it was here on the coast, probably about 78º-80ºF, but we had to spend the day over the hill in the Santa Clara valley where it was 101ºF in Redwood City. Bleah.

Hmmm, it's currently 54 here (I had to go work that out because we use celcius) and very dry, because it's the middle of winter.

I can't wait for Summer - I need rain!!!!! Lovely big thunderstorms that arrive just in time for tea, as they should.

The bulk of the UK yesterday hit 36 degrees, which is about 97 in your money and far, far too hot for this country.
