I am not tempted often, but tonight, I was tempted.

I bought an Oreo pie for the kids and it looks sooo GOOD. I really could use some chocolate right now. I'm very exhausted. And, tired makes me crave chocolate.

However, I resisted. And, daughter is getting me no sugar added butter pecan ice cream instead.

Tomorrow, I shall perhaps go get sugar free chocolates at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, for they have more varieties of sugar free chocolates than anyone else. :)

::LOVES chocolate::

I'm not trying to lure you into temptation, but when I had to follow the gestational diabetic diet, the dietician I saw told me our bodies react almost the same way, blood sugar wise, to a sugar-free item as they do with one that has sugar. The main difference is fat and carb content, usually. So, you could probably have a tiny slice and be okay. When I was following all the stuff carefully, I found that sugar-free wafer cookies and regular were almost the same in fat, calories, etc. They had more carbs, but I could have three cookies that actually tasted good (to me) compared to four sugar-free. But I never did get used to Splenda and Equal, and I know you have, so that probably makes a difference.

The ice cream sounds good too!
