The extra day off actually allows me to rid myself of a little stress.

Traditional two-day weekends don't do that. On Saturdays, I have to run errands and do all the things I couldn't do during the week. By Sunday, I have to start getting ready to go back to work on Mondays.

But, on three-day weekends, Sunday is kind of a free day. And, you know what? That's nice.

And... we only have a four-day work week! That helps with the de-stressing too. Now if only we could have this schedule every week...

I totally agree with you about three-day weekends. Sunday never quite fully feels like a day off for me. And certainly not after 6:00, when my focus is all on the upcoming work day.

Yep, I love 3 day weekends too.........
