I'm making hand stirred milkshakes with no sugar added ice cream, milk, and Nestle's sugar free chocolate powder.

I shall repeat...

Mmmmmmmmmm.

And, yes, as a matter of fact, I am spamming LJ tonight. Just because. :)

(Because my son is on Spring Break and I was home by 5:00 tonight, so I can.)

However...I have a rant building and work and the drive and all that stuff...but I'm too tired to rant tonight. Not in a bad mood. There's just crap.

I've been putting off the desire to rant for a couple of weeks. I keep thinking I can just control it all, but, you know, it builds up until it finally explodes.

Green and Black's do a chocolate powder. Better quality chocolate and better quality ethics. You get to feel good in mind and stomach.

Yes, yummy and do try sugar free ice cream and diet root beer. The float is fabulous. Even my grandkids like them.

i am still very much in love with the Oster blender i purchased almost two months ago. i'm in smoothie heaven!

rougly one cup of PLAIN yogurt, a splash of skim milk, a scoop of protien shake powder (14g of soy protein!) and either a sliced banana OR skinned/cubed peach OR half a 1lb bag of frozen berries, then three ice cubes. consumed with a fistful of bite size shredded wheat, and there's my lunch at least once a week if not twice or thrice.
