Not a Good Day

Work was very difficult. I didn't even have a chance to eat my breakfast (which I take with me to have when I take my blood sugar meds) until 11:20 because of an over four hour meeting I got dragged into when I got to work.

Consequently, my breakfast was my lunch and I felt very bad all day.

Too much other stuff going on too. Very frustrating.

I feel very icky tonight.

I liked what I wrote this morning before I left for work, but when I got home, feeling all icky, I wasn't happy with my writing for a while. Just because I felt bad. However, I was bad and skipped to the end of the novel, where I'd already started gearing up to the ending.

I completely finished the ending tonight and I am very fond of it, though, of course, it's rough and needs work. Hope to finish the last bits of the novel in the next few days.

Tonight, I'm dizzy and need to sleep.

Good for you! -- getting important work done even on a bad day.

I often skip ahead to an important bit. Filling in the lead-up is easier for me when I know exactly what it's leading up to.

Been there, done that. Last Friday I was in meetings from 9AM until 12:45, then back into it at 1:30 until 4:15. I just excused myself for a few mintues since the guy in charge of the morning meeting seems to have a bladder the size of a camel's hump and filled with sponges; took a pee and gulped my meds. I mean, the morning meeting didn't have any breaks... we just got up and left for a few mins as needed. He is suck a jerk and never takes a break. Fortunately the afternoon was two meetings so there was a break in between. Don't you just hate it when your eyeballs float?
