Too Much! Slow Down!

queenoftheskiesMy brain wants to write this morning, but, of course, I don't have the day off.
The problem is that it's trying to feed me words faster than I can type or write them down.
When it does this, I never lack for something to write, but sometimes, I get frustrated when I just can't get enough time to follow its lead.
I want it to hold onto the words. I just want it to slow down so I can keep up.
At this point, it's several scenes ahead of where I am right now.
