It's Been a FUN Two Days

But, I am so exhausted tonight.

Last night, I met maybebabies and java_fiend for dinner and it was so much fun. So great to see maybebabies again and great to meet java_fiend after knowing him online for a long time. I hope they had even half as much fun as I did. It was a great evening.

Got home around 1:30 AM and went to bed around 2:00 AM. (I felt sorry for them having to drive so far home!)

Kitties woke me at 5:50 this morning and I got up cause I wanted to be at breakfast at 7:00.

Then, this afternoon, I was invited to shop with daughter, manga_queen and two of her friends from school, so we braved the rain (lovely rain) and the crowded mall to shop.

The real horror was getting there as traffic was uncommonly heavy today. People finally shopping for Christmas, I guess.

After the mall, we went to Barnes & Noble and then I took both girls home.

By the time manga_queen and I got home, it was around 7:15.

I am so tired.

But, OMG, it was all so fun. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Besides...I can sleep in tomorrow. :)

It Was Very Good

I ate lunch at a Japanese buffet today when shopping and had the opportunity to try some varieties of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese food that I haven't had before.

I particularly liked the eel sashimi and the hot and sour noodles.

They had some really awesome teriyaki chicken and beef, too, and a variety of clam chowder made with garlic that was out of this world.

Very good.

Delicious lunch.
