A Few Words Before I Sleep

I was too busy today for many words. I'd hoped for many, but, alas, it was not destined to be.

Spent the entire morning cleaning in earnest. Until after noon.

Then, I had to take two of the kids out.

Yesterday, I'd done taxes for someone and today, they were gone. Apparently some glitch in saving from the IRS website. So, I spent the afternoon reconstructing and doing yet more taxes.

Had to pick up kids. Didn't get home until around 7:30.

More taxes to do.

No writing.

Finished the taxes. Got them sent off.

Determined I couldn't sleep without words. I've been doing good in April, back to writing every day...even if I didn't write tons like I'd hoped today.
