I've never tried posting a link to my LJ before, so we'll see if it's easy, or something complicated that I actually have to figure out. I never claimed to be smart about this, so I hope cut and paste works.

A fellow writer sent this to me and I found it funny:

Looks like it doesn't work as a link, so I guess it would have to be a cut and paste into a browser.

This is "political clothing", what the best dressed Republican will wear this election season.

FYI, you can put links in here just by typing a full URL as you did, or you can code it with HTML. Inside of pointed brackets you type:

a href="http://www.google.com"

Then put in the words you want to link:

Google

Then close it with the following in pointed brackets:

/a

I can't type it out for real or it'll just make a link.
