Too Many Fireworks

It was bad enough last night. The fireworks started at midnight and went on for a couple of hours. Scared the crap out of my baby Malik and I couldn't sleep either.

Tonight, they've been going on since around 7:00 (a couple of hours now) and my poor kitty is hiding as far back as he can get under the kitchen sink. When we try to hold and comfort him, he slinks back under on his tummy. :(

Poor baby kitty.

I think it's going to be another hard to sleep night. Sigh...
