I'm currently reading...
Page By Page by Heather Sellers
I highly recommend it. Good book. Full of inspiration and great ideas. One of the pluses for me is that it addresses the whole fear/anxiety/internal editor problem...as well as a multitude of other issues.
One of the exercises was particularly meaningful to me and, if I get up the nerve, I might post the results here on my LJ.
