A Little Bit of Writing, A Little Bit of Reading

Probably more reading than writing.

Kinda hard to write much until I get my head back on straight about writing and until I find out what's going to happen at work tomorrow.

However, I did get two cats medicated with Advantage tonight, so we can get rid of the icky fleas. Got to get a different Advantage for baby Malik, cause he's BIG and the 9 lb formula won't work for him.

Kitty Kero was NOT good about taking his med tonight. But, it was the last daily. Now, we only have the every other day one.

Wrote a little on The Waystation, but not enough to really count...half a page maybe. I'll just add it to tomorrow's word count and hopefully have something decent to report.

The short story I read for tonight, from "Murder by Magic" was "Doppelgangster" by Laura Resnick. GREAT story. I think it was the best so far.

Time to sleep. I think baby Malik wants to go to bed. He slept with me last night, head and shoulders on the pillow, body under the cover. What a good, good kitten. :)

There's nothing like a good snuggle to make you feel better. Toby loves to snuggle with me. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to realize he weighs 60 pounds, so lying across me isn't that comfy for Mom.
